Steam Punk Rally

We were not able to do any service at the Porterville museum but we did spend a lot of time helping people move this week.  The Hoffmans and lots of other people lived in the same apartment and someone put in there 30 days or something so we were helping pack and move things to lots of different places.  Sadly on Saturday the Sean and Sheena were not able to go with the ward to the ward temple trip to do baptisms because of some things that came up.  We had fun last week playing a board game called steam punk rally.  Its a racing game with lots of parts and dice but it was fun.  I have not been biking in a while so my tire is just sitting in our apartment flat because I keep forgetting to fix it.  We got transfer calls yesterday and I will be here for 7 more weeks with Elder Wilmoth.  Things I have learned about him, he did mixed martial arts for 12 years back home, he works hard, and he helps me to stay focused.   We have been sharing that video with almost everyone we meet and inviting them to serve and asking them who they know we could share it with.  We have not found anyone new to teach from it yet but we will keep trying.  I finally got around to making the cake you sent me and was able to eat most of it with my companion before it went bad.  Again, I forgot to take pictures of it, or of anything else like when I went on exchange this week with one of our zone leaders.  It was fun working hard together and looking for people to teach.  We were not able to find any new investigators this week so we have been trying to think of ways we can do things differently to get different results.  Yesterday was the ward primary program and I loved it so much.  They really helped invite the Spirit and it felt wonderful.   I love this Christmas season and all the different ways we can remember and try and serve like Christ did.
